Plowman Craven is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our Property Development team. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the project survey team and overseeing all surveying and technical aspects of a project.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the project survey team and ensure all surveying and technical aspects of a project are completed to the highest standard.
- Mentor and train junior surveyors to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with the project team to discuss and agree the most appropriate technology and method to deliver projects.
- Communicate effectively with the project team and provide regular reports on project progress.
- Ensure all project data is managed and stored securely.
- Review and prepare feedback for external supplier work.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technology developments in the industry.
