Job Summary:

About the Role:

The position requires a skilled and experienced therapeutic practitioner to lead and manage therapeutic services in a university setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing therapeutic services
  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions
  • Supervising and supporting other therapists
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified therapist with experience of working in a higher education setting, preferably in a similar role. They will have excellent knowledge of therapeutic theories and models, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £52,694 per annum (Grade 8.4), pro rata if part-time. This is an attractive package that includes 37.5 hours per week and flexible working options. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
