Exciting Opportunity in Northampton

This is an excellent chance to be part of a dynamic team of consultants who will handle all new business enquiries, providing quotations for customers' insurance needs. Based in our Northampton offices, you will be part of a phone-based team working across both inbound telephone calls derived from our active marketing campaigns and outbound calls to customers who have requested contact via e-commerce sites or email. You will understand the clients' needs and present solutions based on the information that the customer provides with a view to arranging their insurance for the coming year on a range of products. While you will have at least 1 year's experience of working within Insurance, we will provide full training on our suite of products.

The Package
  • Starting Base Salary of £24,000-£28,000 (Dependent on experience)
  • Unlimited monthly bonus scheme with an OTE increase by approx. £
  • 25 Days Holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) rising to 30 days based on service.

  • Our contracts are offered on a full-time permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.
