About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a flexible working environment, combining office-based and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice to clients on suitable life insurance products tailored to their needs
  2. Conduct thorough fact-finding interviews with clients to understand their situations and recommend appropriate coverage
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions
  4. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients
  5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Circa 5 years experience as a Life Insurance Broker, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  2. Cert CII qualification is desirable but not a necessity, as we provide ongoing training and development opportunities
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify solutions and meet client needs
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets
Benefits
