About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CBT/DBT Therapist to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist in personality disorder, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to develop detailed formulations for clients with personality disorder
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based psychological therapies, including CBT and DBT, to high-risk clients
  • Provide consultation and advice to colleagues on psychological therapy models and risk assessment
  • Participate in research and audits to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Requirements
  • BABCP accreditation (provisional acceptable)
  • Experience working in the NHS or large organization
  • Understanding of personality disorder and its complexities
  • Skills in group-based psychological therapy interventions
