Quality Assurance and Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Training Manager to join our team in Seaham - Sunderland. As a key member of our North East hub, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and development plans for our colleagues to deliver consistently high levels of customer service.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in successfully delivering complex training, including to a 'new to role' audience. They will also have evidence of improving customer service performance and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality training and development plans for colleagues
  • Identify training and employee development needs and create training materials
  • Implement staff training programs and report on process quality assurance
  • Support training of hospital colleagues involved in processes that interface with the Patient Support Centre operation
  • Participate in process monitoring and process QA programs

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering complex training
  • Evidence of improving customer service performance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of basic computer tools
