Quality Assurance and Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Training Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare's North East hub. As a key member of our Patient Support Centre operation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and development plans for our colleagues to deliver consistently high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training materials and staff training programs to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct process monitoring and quality assurance programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with hospital colleagues to support training and development initiatives.
  • Drive improvement actions to enhance customer service performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering complex training, including to new-to-role audiences.
  • Formal experience in process quality assurance is a strong plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management skills and knowledge of basic computer tools.
