About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Credit Controller to oversee debt collection across multiple teams at Memery Crystal LLP. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving client queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage outstanding debts to achieve prompt payment;
  • Analyse and reduce aged debt through effective strategies;
  • Liaise with partners, fee-earners, and clients to address any concerns or discrepancies;
  • Regularly review and update client information on our system;
  • Collaborate with colleagues on ad-hoc projects to support business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in credit control or a similar role;
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Remuneration:
  • The annual salary for this position is between £28,000 and £35,000.
