Job Role: Bookkeeper/Management Accountant
Salary: 30,000-40,000
Location: Leicester
The Role
Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for accuracy and organization?
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to join our team at Pertemps Bond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
* Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
* Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
* Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
* Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
