Customer Service Team Lead

At Diligenta, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and transforming our clients' operations. As a Team Leader Customer Services, you'll play a crucial role in leading, managing, and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve key operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service and meet business and client goals.
- Oversee customer service delivery, manage team performance, and foster talent development to drive business success.
- Plan, organise, and manage tasks efficiently, including delivering results both individually and through teams.
- Analyse issues, generate solutions, and make data-backed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Customer Services Manager to inform and escalate unresolved issues promptly to avoid failures.
- Proven experience in excellent team management, with a strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing demands and priorities.
- Previous Financial Services experience is desirable, but not essential as training is provided.
