Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Community Nurse to join our team at Nurslink. As a Community Nurse, you will be working with an NHS trust in the Birmingham area, providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking for flexible work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
  • Co-ordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals, community services.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Band 5 or above.
  • Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Registered nurse with a current NMC pin.
  • Relevant Nursing qualifications.
  • Hardworking RGN/RMN.
  • 6 months recent experience working as a Community nurse.
  • 2 clinical references that cover 3 years work experience.
  • Valid DBS certificate.
