About the Position

Redcastle School is seeking a Lead Teacher Aide - SEN Support to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students with special educational needs.

In this position, you will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to create individualized plans tailored to the unique needs of each student. Your primary focus will be on providing one-on-one support, facilitating group activities, and assisting with lesson preparation.

Key Responsibilities
