Main Purpose:

This role will support the Global Head of Trade & Transaction Reporting in ensuring the Firm meets all its reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Change Management, and Technology.
  • Analyze exceptions and root causes for various regulations.
  • Have experience with regulatory reporting BAU operations and awareness of regulations such as MiFID, EMIR, DMO Reporting, Commodities Position Reporting, Best Ex, Instrument Reporting, Trade Reporting, REMIT, and SFTR.
  • Migrate BAU processes from other areas to TTR Operations, involving preparing operational procedures, workflows, and training the team.
  • Partner with Technology, Change Management, and Compliance to support regulatory reporting change initiatives.
  • Be an active member of the Trade & Transaction Reporting Committee/Working Group to track remediation of current risks and issues, understand upcoming regulations, and adapt the operating model as required.
