About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Guest Service Manager at Hampton by Hilton Sheffield, you will be responsible for all aspects of food and beverage operations, including delivering our buffet breakfast and creating new menus using branded templates. You will also ensure accurate information is logged on our allergen matrix, manage liquor orders, and control stock according to company guidelines. As Manager on Duty, you will ensure a smooth shift operation and manage the team on duty. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a working environment that supports our values.

Based in the Hampton by Hilton Sheffield, you will be part of a small but passionate team of people who prioritize delivering exceptional guest experiences and living through our brand standards. We believe personality is key, so you will need to have bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality.
