**Job Summary**

As a Food & Beverage Service Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations in the hotel. This includes delivering exceptional guest experiences, creating new menus, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage food and beverage operations, including buffet breakfast delivery and menu creation
  • Ensure accurate logging of allergen information and liquor orders
  • Control stock levels and maintain a smooth shift operation
  • Act as Manager on Duty to oversee team performance and guest satisfaction

**Requirements**
