The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team meets its monthly targets and maintaining high standards of administration and customer service.

The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, which includes a £10,000 bonus for meeting targets. Our estimated cost of living in Sunderland is £22,000 per year, making this a very attractive salary package of approximately £23,000 per year.
