Trade and Cruise Business Leader

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and performance across our Trade and Cruise business unit.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales results.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives.
