Job Summary

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to collate data from various business systems, ensuring accuracy and maintaining General Ledger entries. The successful candidate will prepare discrepancy notifications to branches and manage CCTV requests from Postmasters, adhering to established processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Postmasters, addressing their queries, issues, and challenges.
  • Manage these through to resolution, keeping Postmasters updated and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Produce management information reports for monitoring and performance.
  • Liaise with the wider Post Office Supply Chain to achieve satisfactory outcomes for branch queries.
Requirements
  • First-class communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Previous customer communication experience is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Business IT systems.
  • Experience working in a service environment and meeting service levels and quality targets.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and demonstrating good all-round IT skills.
  • Ability to adhere to clear instructions and processes.
  • Flexibility in undertaking various roles and working as directed by Manager.
  • Good interpersonal skills to foster dialogue with other teams within and outside the Supply Chain.
  • Effective team player with problem-solving skills using data and operational knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
