Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Postmasters, addressing their queries, issues, and challenges.
- Manage these through to resolution, keeping Postmasters updated and ensuring satisfaction.
- Produce management information reports for monitoring and performance.
- Liaise with the wider Post Office Supply Chain to achieve satisfactory outcomes for branch queries.
- First-class communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Previous customer communication experience is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Business IT systems.
- Experience working in a service environment and meeting service levels and quality targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and demonstrating good all-round IT skills.
- Ability to adhere to clear instructions and processes.
- Flexibility in undertaking various roles and working as directed by Manager.
- Good interpersonal skills to foster dialogue with other teams within and outside the Supply Chain.
