Lead Practitioner in Safeguarding

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Child Protection Specialist to join our team at WMJobs in Dudley. In this role, you will work with children and families in a statutory social work setting, providing support and challenge to colleagues and families, and creating positive change.
You will hold a caseload of some of our children needing the most skilled help, share your expertise with others through modelling, coaching, reflective supervision, and other learning activities. You will be a registered social worker with significant experience of working with children and families in a statutory social work setting, including intervening in areas of poor practice, demonstrating leading practice, and developing the professional practice of team members.
The salary for this role is approximately £47,321 per year, based on national standards for child protection specialists.
