Our state-of-the-art neonatal unit provides exceptional care to newborns, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our clinical team.

About the Role

As an Advanced Neonatal Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with medical teams to develop and implement treatment plans. Your expertise in advanced health assessment and independent management of patients will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

We offer a competitive salary package of £44,141 - £71,604 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including generous annual leave and pension scheme.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Health Sciences or equivalent, full NMC registration, and non-medical prescriber registration. You must also have experience in preparing and delivering teaching sessions to multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate a strong commitment to continued professional development.
