Child Welfare Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced social worker to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with vulnerable children and families, providing guidance and support to colleagues, and contributing to the development of excellent social work practice within our teams.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in statutory social work settings, including intervening in areas of poor practice, demonstrating leading practice, and developing the professional practice of team members. They will also have experience of formally supporting others in a social work or social care role, such as practice education of students or ASYE social workers.
Our salary range for this role is £44,428 - £51,515 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working options, a generous holiday allowance, and access to a range of training and development opportunities.
