We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Neulinx. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client strategy, managing enterprise-level relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of multi-channel digital campaigns and web projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute bespoke strategic account plans for enterprise clients.
  • Lead digital campaigns, including web build projects, and ensure seamless execution across all digital channels.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated campaigns and web development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Ensure comprehensive service delivery across digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, PPC, and web development, in line with enterprise client goals and KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and technological advancements in the industry, identifying opportunities for clients to leverage new solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a full-service digital marketing agency, particularly managing enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven success in delivering integrated campaigns across digital and web development channels.
  • Experience handling large-scale accounts with enterprise clients, managing digital marketing initiatives and overseeing web build projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Magento, Umbraco, Drupal, web development, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Ability to balance creative and commercial priorities, ensuring client campaigns are both innovative and profitable.
  • Ability to align client goals with agency services, ensuring high-impact solutions that drive growth and exceed client expectations.
