Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at Conway Group Healthcare in Edenballymore Care Home, Derry.

Conway Group Healthcare is a leading provider of nursing and residential care in the local communities. Our care homes offer a home-from-home experience for our residents, with a focus on delivering compassionate, heart-centered, and sincere care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as providing a selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day. They will also be responsible for preparing evening suppers and managing any issues that may arise on the day.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Equivalent, preferably level 3.
  • Food Hygiene level 2
