eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Planning Partner to join a leading national law firm. As a Planning Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of talented planning lawyers, ensuring their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on a wide range of planning matters, including residential and commercial developments in the private and public sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure clients receive the highest quality of legal advice and representation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with the partnership, particularly the real estate team.
  • Prepare a strategic business plan as part of the recruitment process, outlining a three-year strategy for growth and the overall plan for the planning team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least ten years PQE and a strong background in planning law, both in the private and public sectors.
  • Ideally, a partner in a law firm seeking the next challenge in their career.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Technical expertise in all elements of planning, highways, and environmental law.
