Performance Planning Director

This role is a key position within a luxury automotive client at a creative London media agency. As a Planning Director, you will lead performance-led strategic planning for a luxury automotive account, working closely with the Planning Partner & Client Partner, managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance-led strategic planning for a luxury automotive account
  • Work closely with the Planning Partner & Client Partner
  • Manage a high-performing team
  • Develop and implement cross-channel media campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Planning Partner & Client Partner to deliver measurable, tracked results

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance-led strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of luxury automotive market
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work closely with the Planning Partner & Client Partner
  • Experience in managing high-performing teams
