Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Team Member to join our team at Glenview Nursing Home. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing care and support services to our service users, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key worker for several service users, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Respond to call bells and ensure timely assistance
- Participate in rehabilitation activities and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in caring and supporting others
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
