We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Health Care Support Worker. The successful candidate will be based at the Rheumatology Day Centre, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care to patients, under the supervision of registered practitioners. You will be involved in various clinical and non-clinical tasks, including blood pressure monitoring, oxygen saturation levels, glucose monitoring, and other duties specified by the clinic or day case requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently will also be highly valued. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and be willing to undertake training to develop your skills.
