About the role

As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our clients and our workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping our clients up to date at every stage of their journey through the service department.

You will liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles are ready on time. Your ability to offer best advice on our products and services to our clients is essential.

This is a challenging but rewarding role where customer care always comes first. You must be able to build a genuine rapport and form a long-lasting relationship with our clients.

Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

You will ideally have previous experience within a Franchised Dealership, preferably with a prestige brand. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Ferrari and Maserati to support your career development.

You must possess excellent organisational and administrative skills and a strong customer service background, as you will be delivering very high levels of customer care in a busy and demanding environment.
