Our Senior Chef de Cuisine Development Program

Qualities We Seek in a Senior Chef de Cuisine:
We are looking for a candidate who can motivate a team, unlock their potential, lead by example, and excel in developing, costing, and preparing fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams across the business.
- Prior experience delivering exceptional service through high-quality cuisine as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Demonstrated commitment to leadership and team development
- Hands-on approach with strong communication skills
- Accountability in managing kitchen staff, training, and maintaining health and safety standards
- Creative flair for designing and executing new dishes for menus and specials
- Effective planning and organizational skills to ensure control over costs and labor
- Proactive mindset towards increasing sales and driving growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
