Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Monitoring Support Officer to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our electronic tagging service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our community.

About the Role:

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you'll be responsible for partnering with our electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks, assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices, collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices

  • Deliver top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring


What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. No prior experience is necessary, as we'll provide all the training you need.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The working hours will be on a 10-week rotation, covering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The majority of shifts will be between 5pm and 1am.
