About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Middleton House in Cheltenham, GL53.

This part-time position includes earlies, lates, and alternate weekends (Shifts are 7:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 22:00).

At Middleton House, there are 49 modern, spacious, and energy-efficient apartments exclusively for people aged 55 and over.

As a Care Assistant, you will strive to help residents retain as much independence as possible, for as long as possible. Care is tailored to individual needs, provided within the comfort and privacy of their own apartment.

You will assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.

Our Care Assistants ensure high quality, seamless independent living for residents.
