About the Role

Complete Care Amegreen, a part of City & County Healthcare Group, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to make a difference in people's lives while developing their skills and knowledge. You will be working with clients of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, supporting those with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans
