Salary
A competitive salary of £23,000 plus an average bonus earning potential of £7,200 per annum, making for a total estimated remuneration of approximately £30,200.
Job Description
As a Sales Representative in our busy Outbound department, you will be responsible for contacting customers to ensure their appliances are protected. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Using your sales and communication skills to upsell products
- Building rapport with customers, getting to know their individual needs, and putting their interests first
- Providing peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
- A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
- Experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
- Great communication skills - being at ease building rapport, listening to customers, and demonstrating empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- An unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
