Job Opportunity:

P4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced M-PACT Worker to deliver vital support to families with children whose parents are struggling with substance misuse across Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the M-PACT programme to families in need, providing a safe and supportive environment for children and their parents.
  • Liaise with partner agencies to generate and receive referrals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assess the suitability of families for the M-PACT programme, using your expertise to identify the best course of action.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and successful outcomes for children and their parents, through regular progress reviews and staff support sessions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.
  • Recruit, train, and support facilitators for the programme, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Facilitate family conferences and ensure ongoing care and support plans for clients post-programme, ensuring a smooth transition to long-term support.
  • Engage in personal and professional development to continually enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in the field.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working with families in community or residential care/support services, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by families affected by substance misuse.
  • Strong skills in programme delivery, facilitation, and coordination, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
