Join Our Team as a Head Chef at Barchester Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in one of our care homes. As a Head Chef at Barchester, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the kitchen team and front of house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs of our residents
  • Source and purchase fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes
  • Train and develop the skills of the kitchen team
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and service
