Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
