Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food production.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene, health and safety standards, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement new recipes, dishes, and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and staff development.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
