About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at RBH. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the demands of our busy kitchen
  • Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all food items meet the required standards
  • Receive and check goods ordered to ensure they meet the required quality and standards
  • Inform the Head/Sous Chef of any discrepancies or issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, at either Chef de Partie or Commis level
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
  • Ability to manage various sections of the kitchen while ensuring health & safety standards are met
  • Flexibility in approach and ability to assist the Sous Chef and other members of the kitchen brigade when required
  • Passion for food and willingness to learn
  • Understanding of quality control and kitchen standards
