Job Description

At Ad Warrior, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Waste Management Specialist in our primary school setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that our school remains a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

We offer an estimated salary of £11,891 per annum (pro rata), which includes an allowance for holiday pay, increasing to £23,656 per annum on a full-time basis.

This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week, with specific hours including Mondays and Tuesdays from 13:30 to 17:50 and Wednesdays and Fridays from 14:00 to 17:50.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms, corridors, and other areas of the school
  • Ensuring that all waste is disposed of properly and efficiently
  • Communicating effectively with students, staff, and parents to promote a positive and respectful environment
  • Contributing to the overall well-being and safety of our school community
