We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Support Specialist to join our team at Holiday Inn Norwich North.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our kitchen team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role

This role reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and involves working as part of a close-knit team based at our attractive hotel in NR6 6JA.

Main Responsibilities

  • Dishwashing: Hand washing or loading dishes into the dishwasher, including pots, pans, and cutlery
  • Delivery Organisation: Receiving deliveries and ensuring they are organised in the kitchen
  • Storage Management: Maintaining storage organisation to ensure easy access to all ingredients
  • Waste Removal: Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste promptly
  • Basic Food Preparation: Supporting with basic food preparation when necessary
  • Material collection: Collecting materials or ingredients for Chefs
