Product Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated UK Hip and Knee Product Specialist to join our team at Advance Recruitment. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of hip and knee orthopaedic implants in the UK market.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global medical technology company that specializes in the development, manufacture, and distribution of orthopaedic devices and solutions. The company has a strong reputation for manufacturing high-quality products in the UK and operating worldwide.

You will be working closely with orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote and sell our products. Your primary goal will be to network with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the hip and knee marketplace to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in selling orthopaedic implants in the UK is essential.
  • Contact within key hospitals in the region would be a distinct advantage.
  • Prior knowledge of hip/knee implants or selling robotics/capital equipment would also be considered a plus.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 4x life assurance, contributory pension, Bupa for the whole family, and 25 days holiday.

Bonus Structure

You will receive a bonus of +£30,000 over and above your annual salary for implant sales. A new scheme will be developed for robotics sales, to be discussed at interview.
