Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing contract documents, including bills of quantities and preliminaries
  • Assisting in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
  • Advising on procurement strategy and financial controlling
  • Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
  • Preparing and analysing tender returns and providing advice on contractual claims
  • Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
  • Re-measuring projects to ensure accuracy and managing valuation and sub-contractor invoicing
  • Liaising with professional teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in a Building/Fit-Out environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
