Senior Quantity Surveyor

Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects.
About the Role:- Review and analyze contract documents, including bills of quantities and preliminaries.
- Assist in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Advise on procurement strategy and financial controlling accountability.
- Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
- Prepare and analyze tender returns, and provide advice on contractual claims.
- Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
- Re-measure projects to ensure they match with the Estimators bill of quantities.
- Manage valuation and sub-contractor invoicing.
- Be aware of different building contracts in current use.
- Perform risk and value management and cost control.
- Liaise with professional teams, especially quantity/building surveyors.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a Building/Fit-Out environment.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
