We're seeking a highly skilled DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC POLICY ADVOCACY to join our team in Wales. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape the future of health policies and support our members across the region.

You'll work closely with our existing part-time manager to develop and manage RCN Wales' campaigning, political, and policy activities, influencing key decision-makers and stakeholders, including the Welsh Government.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong skills in policy and political analysis, research project management, and presentation. A background in health and social care is essential, along with a deep understanding of health and social care policy, political affairs, and devolution within Wales and across the UK.

We offer a competitive salary range of £66,909 - £75,492 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes annual leave up to 32 days, plus bank holidays and three additional days for the Christmas break, as well as generous maternity, adoption, paternity, and shared parental leave packages.
