Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Norse Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing feasibility studies, cost plans, and tenders for clients;
  • Providing expert advice on construction costs and procurement strategies;
  • Managing contracts and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective project management strategies;
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related discipline (e.g., quantity surveying, construction management);
  • Professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent;
  • Extensive experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a background in property consultancy;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • A thorough understanding of construction law and contract administration;
