Flagship Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a challenging and rewarding role.

About the Position

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure projects, including rail, water, and highways.

You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, cost management, and value engineering.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is able to work effectively as part of a team, who is able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and who is able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  1. A relevant degree in a field related to Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  2. Aspirations to become chartered.
  3. A minimum of 4 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
  4. Desirable consultancy experience, although not essential.
  5. A working knowledge of the NEC form of contract and experience working on projects within Infrastructure.
  6. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
