A leading commercial insurance broker is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to support their broking teams. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial insurance experience and excellent communication skills.

The Insurance Administrator will provide critical support to the commercial account handling teams, including administering client portfolios, setting up actions for contract renewal, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days/week in the office, offering a market-leading benefits package, 31 days holiday, and excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

About the role:

  • Administer client portfolios, including setting up actions for contract renewal.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation.
  • Provide critical support to commercial account handling teams.
  • Assist with administering adjustments and addressing queries raised by clients and prospects.

Key skills/experience required:

  • Previous commercial insurance experience.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Target-driven and motivated.
