Assistant Front Office Manager Job Description

At Hilton Hotels, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the entire Front Office operation, maintaining high standards, and evaluating guest satisfaction.
  • Maximize room occupancy, promote hotel services, and use up-selling techniques to drive revenue.
  • Monitor staffing levels, conduct monthly communication meetings, and produce minutes.
  • Assist with staff performance issues, recruiting, managing, training, and developing the Front Office team.
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail industry.
  • High level of IT proficiency, commercial awareness, and sales capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
  • Excellent grooming standards and ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
