Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Officer. As a key member of our public safety team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to the public, responding to a wide range of inquiries and requests for assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for assistance in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to the public, using a variety of communication channels
- Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our policies, procedures, and services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and public safety
Requirements
- GCSE in English at grade C or above, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience of working within a call centre or customer service environment
- Ability to learn and use a variety of computer-based systems
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team without supervision
