With over 200 stores nationwide, we're looking for a talented Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Grimsby.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve their full potential. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
- Collaborate with the wider leadership team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
